It's Mental Health Awareness Month!
Recognition and celebration are super important concepts for the MYND:
They bring awareness to things, people and moments that we don’t regularly recognize. Celebrations and recognition - from an informal thank you to the design team at work, to a formal program for National Nurse’s Day - can hit the dopamine receptor and help us feel good! While Mental Health can be a very serious topic, we encourage you to celebrate and/or recognize the month with something that makes you smile. Our mynd sits behind our eyes, so it’s easy to forget it’s there…
It’s time to celebrate the most important asset you have, that MYND of yours!!
