MYNDY’s Mental Fitness Training program is designed to quickly boost your energy via the practice of Mental Fitness*. The standard program includes live 1:1 check-ins + support from one of our incredible trainers!
Price: $99 (beta pricing)
Commitment: 10 minutes a day for 2 weeks (+30 Min kickoff!)
When: March 20th - March 31st OR April 3 - April 14th
After a number of extremely successful pilots (everyone is feeling better!), we’ve evolved the program in a few new ways. We’re excited to work with individuals who are interested in working on their mental fitness!
