MYNDY over matter

✨ ANDDD We’re Back!!

I started MYNDY because I needed it, and still do. So do my clients, friends, and family; c-suite execs, directors, parents to middle managers … anyone who has 73 mental windows (as one of our members likes to say) opened at a time. Sound familiar?

We’re here to bring you Mental Fitness inspiration (info) and opportunities for perspiration (working out your mind), celebration (you heard us – reasons to feel good) and results (outcomes from our clients) on a bi-weekly basis.

Let’s get to it! 🎉

What Is Mental Fitness? I like to think of it as a rebrand of the self-help space, with a twist! It is the practice of doing small exercises to improve your mindset, and thus improve the rhythm of your life. We’re helping people work on their minds in the same way they work on their bodies.

Why? Exhaustion, stress, lack of focus, negativity, sense of never shutting off … doesn’t stop. It’s real and the tools we have aren’t working.

🧐 So what’s the issue? I, personally, kept going back into therapy (so helpful to talk through big life things and human moments), signing up for running races (great to have a goal), downloading applications (amazing for moments where I could sit still)/ The issue was that most of these moments were fleeting, or otherwise for the healthy, vibrant and energized version of myself. There wasn’t anything I could consistently rely on to keep me on course and support me in the dailys ups and down of life!

We built MYNDY to help you take care of your mind a little bit each day so that it can take care of you. Research shows that it doesn’t take much work to make an outsized impact on the way your brain feels. It can just be challenging to get started alone.

Good news - We’ve got you!

We’re here to bring you all things Mental Fitness 🧠 💪🏼 on a bi-weekly basis. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Information to inspire or what I like to call Inspiration Stations. I saw this at a rest stop in New Jersey and it stuck with me: “Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time” - Thomas Edison

  • Ways to perspire (work out your mind) [We’ve got a few amazing programs running - 2-week PT program or NEW Alpha Self-Service Program. Interested? Let us know!

  • Reasons to celebrate (you heard us - we don’t do it nearly enough)

  • Results (real-life outcomes from our clients). We’d love to hear from you too - feel free to share here. As one member says: “MYNDY helped me realize that the practice of mental fitness doesn't have to be an entire overhaul of your routine. It's made up of small steps that build consistently over time. When they say 10 minutes a day, believe them. I highly recommend MYNDY to anyone who wants to enhance their movement through life, up their energy levels and build their resilience." - Jill W
